The work team consists of more than 30 persons distributed around the following divisions:-

The responsibility of IT team all the services of computer, audio and visual equipment, internet services, electronic news, registration of participants, web site design for the exhibition and maintenance and feeding same with publicity data in connection with the exhibition during the days of the exhibiting and supply all reserve systems and equipment.

The team of DP undertakes the implementation of the various Arabic and English printings coincided with the exhibition such as design and color distinguishing and follow up of printing stages to guaranteeing a quality of highest standards.

The team of MSS works for the merchandizing and sales promoting of the exhibition to attract the largest number of distinctive sponsors and offers a package of sponsoring services as per agreed with sponsors.

The Publicity team undertakes press coverage for the activities of the exhibition domestically and internationally and implements the publicity program, provide the press service for press correspondents and manage the PRESS CENTER.

PS Team works on building visitors data base ,  registration of visitors, VIP service, visitor service through sponsors, preparing invitations and distribution of same

SS Team responsibilities include arrangement for special occasions, hosting, financial affairs, and exhibitors’ service, preparation of trophies and gifts and coordination with concerned authorities of the exhibition
